What to Expect from Bikram Yoga

Every Bikram hot yoga course at iMatrix Yoga Division is taught by a certified instructor who understands the mental and health benefits of yoga, and is able to encourage proper movements and healthy growth within the warm studio walls. Your yoga instructor may not follow the movements herself in a Bikram class, but instead recite the movements in order from the front of the room while watching to ensure that you and your fellow class members are safely and properly moving from pose to pose. When you come to a Bikram yoga course at iMatrix Yoga Division, remember to bring a towel and to hydrate before, during and after. During the course of the class you will sweat a lot, and yoga mats often become slippery when wet.
